The Hololani is an oceanfront property. We are located directly on the beach, and as you can well imagine, all shoreline is at the mercy of Mother Nature and the tidal ebb and flow of the ocean with its matching wave action. Sometimes we have a beautiful, sandy beach directly in front of us, and other times the sand may shift from its position directly in front of us to just south of us. However, our location makes for a perfect position to take in and experience the beautiful sunsets, turtles, and (if it’s whale season) breeching whales right from your lanai. With our naturally occurring coastland constantly shifting, the owners at the Hololani continue to work with the County of Maui and the Department of Land and Natural Resources to protect and preserve our shoreline and our property. We hope that you will understand that we cannot guarantee that we will always have a sandy beach directly in front of our property, and that you will enjoy the wonderful views and oceanfront living that our Maui homes provide.
